A certified Zhunyun safety consultant will conduct a safety risk assessment to determine machinery safety hazards and their severity, exposure and probability. Then, based on the clients’ input, Zhunyun will estimate the frequency, severity and avoidance of each hazard. Then Zhunyun consultant will use a decision tree based on ANSI-B11 or based on ISO 13849 to determine the absolute risk of the machine. Zhunyun will also identify the risks of the machine in different scenarios or conditions, and also assess the possibility of injury, severity, and actual or potential exposure of all affected workers, during the assessment hazardous communication will also be delivered to clients, and will work together with the client to find appropriate solutions based on the risks.
